| Action: In the case of CREATE DATABASE or CREATE CONTROLFILE, use a |
| different combination of MAXDATAFILES, MAXLOGFILES, |
| MAXLOGMEMBERS, MAXLOGHISTORY, and MAXINSTANCES clauses. |
